Our story & mission
Over our 40 combined years in real estate, we spent tens of thousands of dollars on coaching. Every program taught us something valuable, but we noticed a big gap: agents do not all grow the same way. Some need an immediate fix for tomorrow's listing appointment. Others need a month-by-month roadmap to build predictable income.
We built RMA to close that gap - practical, plug-and-play tools that solve problems on the spot, and structured coaching that builds the business underneath you. Everything we teach runs in our own active brokerages first. If it stops working in the field, it comes out of the program.
