Disclaimers
RMA is a coaching company. We teach systems, we hold you accountable, and we give you tools. We are not your broker, your lawyer, your accountant, or your financial adviser, and nothing on this site or inside the Platform is a promise about what you will earn. This page collects the plain-language statements we make about that, so you can see them in one place.
1. No earnings, production, or results guarantee
We show real numbers: the founders' production, member wins, and case studies. Those are true for the people they describe. They are not typical, and they are not a prediction of your results. Coaching does not produce closings; agents do, in their own markets, with their own effort, licensing, brokerage, and circumstances. RMA makes no guarantee, express or implied, of income, commissions, closings, listings, appointments, conversion rates, or business growth. Anyone who tells you otherwise is not speaking for RMA.
2. Testimonials and founder track records
Statements like "$700M+ closed volume" describe the founders' own careers over decades. Member testimonials describe one member's experience. Neither is a representation that you will achieve the same. Where a testimonial reports a specific result, the member achieved it; we do not know what a typical member achieves and we do not claim to. We do not pay for testimonials. If a member is compensated in any way for a statement about RMA, we will say so next to it.
3. Calculators and default numbers
The calculators on our site (for example, the commission and appointment calculators) run arithmetic on the inputs you type. Default values shown in them, such as an average commission, an appointment rate, or a close rate, are illustrative examples chosen to demonstrate the math, not industry statistics and not RMA member results. Change them to your own numbers. The output is a projection from your assumptions, not a forecast.
4. The money tools are not tax, accounting, or financial advice
Paylog, the P&L, the Personal Budget and Wealth Portal, and the Lead Tracker organize numbers you enter. Some figures are estimates by design: the P&L reserves an estimated 30% for taxes and shows a net take-home estimate; the Wealth Portal computes a net-worth figure and a survival number from what you enter. These are cash-flow arithmetic, not tax computations. Deductibility, allocations between personal and business use, and your actual tax liability depend on rules the tools do not apply. Verify every figure with a qualified tax or financial professional before you rely on it, file it, or make a decision on it. RMA does not audit, verify, or guarantee any number in your tools.
5. Benchmarks
"How You Compare" figures are aggregates of at least ten members, computed from what those members entered. They are self-reported, unaudited, and not a market statistic. Use them as a coaching prompt, not a fact about your market.
6. AI-drafted content
Some coaching drafts and every Artifact Studio document are produced with a third-party AI model. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or generic. Coaches review AI drafts before acting on them. You must review any Artifact Studio document before you use it with a client or the public, and you are responsible for its accuracy and for its compliance with fair-housing law, advertising rules, your state's license law, and your brokerage's requirements. Never send a client a document you have not read.
7. Not legal, licensing, or compliance advice
Coaching content may discuss contracts, negotiation, compensation structures, teams, lending relationships, marketing, and business practices. That content is education about how the founders run their practices; it is not legal advice and not a statement of what the law permits in your state. Your state's real estate commission, your brokerage, RESPA, fair-housing law, telemarketing law, and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics govern your practice. When in doubt, ask your broker or a lawyer.
8. Coaching on compensation is about your value, not a group rate
RMA teaches agents how to explain and earn their compensation with their own clients. RMA does not recommend, set, suggest, or coordinate commission rates, fees, or splits among agents or brokerages, and members may not use the Huddle, calls, or any RMA surface to do so. See the Community Guidelines.
9. Referrals between members
The Referral Exchange connects members. RMA does not verify any member's license, does not take part in any referral, and takes no fee. Any agreement is between the members and their brokers under their state's law.
10. Sponsored seats and lender partners
If a brokerage, team, individual, or mortgage lender pays for a member's seat, that sponsorship is not conditioned on referrals of any business by the member to the sponsor, and the member may use any lender for any transaction. RMA gives no sponsor any data about a member's individual clients, transactions, or money. A lender sponsor sees only pod-level totals across the members it sponsors, as described in the Privacy Policy. RMA does not recommend, endorse, or prefer any lender, and a lender's name in a member's app or documents means only that the lender paid for that member's seat and for that placement. See the Sponsored Seat Terms and the Lender Partner Program Terms.
11. Availability
The Platform, the Huddle, calls, and content can change, pause, or be discontinued. We keep backups and you can export your data, but you are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
