Stop buying coffee.
Start sponsoring growth.

Coffee meetings and lunches are nice. They are not a difference maker for the agents you work with.

A Lender Partner pod puts real business structure, proven listing decks and high accountability coaching in their hands, and puts your name on the page while they use it.

We are seeing the same shift

Agents are not struggling because they lack effort. They are struggling because they lack structure.

They are inconsistent, reactive, and walking into fewer opportunities without the systems to convert them. That is exactly why we built Real Estate Mastery Academy.

This is not traditional coaching. It is a full ecosystem designed to meet agents where they are and install the systems they need to actually produce.

Why a lender would do this

Back the agents you believe in, in the window that decides whether they grow or stall.

The agents you work with are trading through a tough, shifting market. They do not need another casual lunch or a surface level check in. They need real support, clarity, and tools that work. Sponsoring a pod is how you back them during the exact stretch that decides whether they stabilize and grow, or keep stalling.

What the seat installs

A Sunday Summary and weekly win briefing, the Vault of listing and marketing assets, and The Huddle. On Toolkit, the five tools as well: Paylog, Lead Tracker, P&L, Wealth and Benchmarks, so an agent can finally see their own numbers.

Where your brand sits

A co-branded header on those agents' dashboards, and a standardized financing box on the documents they export from the Studio. You are on the page every day they work, not just at the closing table.

What you can see

A view-only portal that reports the pod as a group and never an individual. What it shows, to the line, and the five-member floor it waits for, is set out below.

Plainly, because it matters. This is advertising and software, bought at what anyone pays for it. Every sponsored agent is free to work with any lender on any transaction, and that is not a caveat, it is the design. You are buying a place in their corner, not a place in their pipeline.

How a pod works

What the money buys, and all it buys.

A pod is a block of RMA seats for agents you name, at the same price any agent pays, plus a flat monthly fee for the Lender Portal: a co-branded header on those agents' dashboards, a standardized financing box on the documents they export from the Studio, and pod-level totals. That is what the fee buys, and all it buys.

  • Seats at retail: $49 Practice or $149 Toolkit per agent per month. The agent holds their own account.
  • Portal and co-branding: a flat $199 a month, independent of anything the agents do.
  • Pod totals only, once five sponsored members are active: how many are active and checking in, active listings and signed agreements across the pod. Never one agent's clients, pipeline or transactions.
  • Every agent accepts their seat themselves and may leave at any time. A seat moves only for a recorded reason: 30 days without a check-in, the member leaving or declining, or a term renewal. Never for any other reason.

Plainly: payments are for software and advertising at fair market value. Sponsorship is not contingent on the referral of settlement services or real estate business, and RMA does not track or report referrals. Lender Partner Program Terms.

Ten minutes, then decide

A ten-minute call with Marjorie or Bradley: naming your agents, what you see in the portal, what you never see, and sizing the pod. No obligation and no presentation.

Academy Co-Pay

Back an agent's Academy. Split the cost with them.

Inside a pod, you can also pay part of a named agent's Academy membership while they pay the rest on their own card, so they have their own stake in finishing. The Academy is $300 a month. You choose the share per agent when you make the offer, and it stays fixed while the co-pay runs:

  • 25 percent: you pay $75 a month, the agent pays $225 a month.
  • 50 percent: you pay $150 a month, the agent pays $150 a month.
  • 75 percent: you pay $225 a month, the agent pays $75 a month.

The two parts add up to the Academy's published price, and neither of you gets a discount. Your share is a line on your pod's monthly invoice.

How it starts

You name the agent in your Lender Portal and accept the Lender Partner Program Terms, including Section 11. The agent accepts and, if not already in the Academy, pays their share at checkout. Nothing is billed before they do, and they may decline. While it runs, their dashboard carries your co-branded header and their Studio documents carry the financing box, as for a seat.

What you see

Each agent's name and email, your share, the co-pay's status (offered, accepted, active, declined or ended) and the dates it was offered, started or ended. Never their clients, leads, pipeline, closings, check-ins or coursework, and never why a co-pay ended.

If it ends

The agent may leave at any time, and your share stops at once. You end a co-pay only for a reason on the terms' closed list that the platform's record supports; an offer not yet accepted can be withdrawn any time. If you end it or your pod ends, the agent is emailed and pays full price from their first bill at least 7 days later; a sooner bill keeps your share, charged to you once. That notice does not apply if the agent has already cancelled their Academy or their own payment is overdue: then your share stops at once and nothing more is charged to you.

Plainly. You choose which agents to back, and the share, by criteria unrelated to referrals, loans or closings. A co-pay is not contingent on the referral of settlement services or real estate business. Section 11 of the Lender Partner Program Terms sets out the co-pay in full.
