Inner Circle - Tier Supplement

This supplement describes what the Inner Circle includes and how it runs. It is part of, and is read together with, the RMA Terms of Service. Billing, cancellation, refunds, intellectual property, liability, and disputes are governed by the Terms of Service, not by this page. If this page and the Terms ever disagree, the Terms control.

1. What the Inner Circle is

The Inner Circle is an application-only advisory group for active producers, led by the founders, Marjorie Adam and Bradley Hanson. It is capped at 25 active members. Submitting an application creates no subscription and no charge (Terms section 4.9); a seat is offered after the founder interview.

2. What the Inner Circle includes

While your seat is active you receive:

Monthly advisory sessions with Marjorie and Bradley in rooms of up to five producers.
Direct access to the founders between sessions, through the contact channel they give you when you join.
Four system audits a year, one each quarter, on your Listing Engine, your Buyer Experience, your Lead Generation, and your Operations.
Admission to the annual strategy retreat at the RMA office in Charlottesville; travel and lodging are the member's own cost.
Complete Platform access: every tool, the full Vault, the complete roadmap, Artifact Studio with the Inner Circle allowance, and everything in every tier below. Every rung keeps everything below it.

The tiers page and the Membership screen inside the Platform show the current contents of each tier and control if they differ from this summary (Terms section 3).

3. How it starts

Your seat starts the day you pay, after acceptance. Your first session is the next scheduled monthly room; you are seated in an existing room or open a new one at the founders' discretion. The Platform opens in full the moment payment completes; billing never waits for a room to form.

4. Attendance and your data

Advisory sessions run on a fixed schedule; a missed session is not refunded or rescheduled. Sessions are recorded, and the replay is available to the members of that room (Terms section 10.2).
You agree to keep your check-ins, Paylog and Lead Tracker current before each session so the founders can prepare.

5. Confidentiality

Inner Circle members share sensitive operational and financial information with each other. You agree to keep every other member's revenue figures, team structures, trade secrets, and operational discussions strictly confidential, during and after your membership. Do not repeat, post, or record them. A breach ends your seat immediately without refund (Terms section 18), and the other member keeps every remedy the law gives them.

6. Billing and cancellation

$1,500 per month, billed on the date you joined and on that date each month until you cancel (Terms section 4.1). There is no minimum term.
Cancel any time from Membership > Manage billing in the app, or by emailing support@joinrmacoaching.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you already paid for, and you keep full founder access until then (Terms section 4.3). No notice period and no cancellation fee.
Seats are limited. A cancelled seat reopens to the waitlist at the end of the paid month, and re-joining later requires a new application.
Fees are otherwise non-refundable (Terms section 4.6).

7. Your licence, and the one-seat rule

Your membership is a single, personal, non-transferable licence for your own real estate practice (Terms section 11.1).
No account or asset sharing. Logins, downloaded files, templates, videos, Vault assets and documents you generate in Artifact Studio may not be shared, forwarded, resold, or distributed to other agents, team members, administrative staff, or anyone else.
Teams. Every person who uses RMA tools or materials holds their own paid seat.
Enforcement. Sharing or copying RMA content ends your seat immediately without refund (Terms section 18), and RMA keeps every remedy the law gives it.

8. Advice is education

The founders give strategic recommendations from their own experience. Nothing in the Inner Circle is legal, tax, financial, or brokerage advice, and RMA makes no earnings or production promise (Terms sections 5, 6 and 7). Your decisions and results are yours. RMA's liability is limited as set out in Terms section 14; there is no separate cap for this tier.

9. Everything else

The Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines and the Disclaimers all apply to your Inner Circle seat exactly as they apply to every member. Questions: support@joinrmacoaching.com.
