Sponsor an agent's seat.
Give them the system.

A brokerage sponsoring its agents. A team lead backing a new producer. A mentor, a parent, a friend. You pay for a named member's RMA seat for a fixed term. Their account is theirs; you get a thank-you and the dates.

• Any paid rung, one to twelve months, paid once up front. It does not renew.
• The member holds their own account and accepts the Terms themselves.
• You are told that they were seated and when the term ends. On request, a general note on whether they are showing up. Nothing about their business, clients or transactions.
• Before the term ends the member decides for themselves whether to continue. Nothing is charged to them unless they set it up.

Who may sponsor: brokerages, teams and associations sponsoring their own agents or members, and individuals. RMA does not accept sponsorships from lenders, title or settlement companies, or other settlement-service providers. Full terms: Sponsored Seat Terms.
