The Academy - Tier Supplement

This supplement describes what The Academy includes and how it runs. It is part of, and is read together with, the RMA Terms of Service. Billing, cancellation, refunds, intellectual property, liability, and disputes are governed by the Terms of Service, not by this page. If this page and the Terms ever disagree, the Terms control.

1. What The Academy includes

While your Academy membership is active you receive:

The 8-month guided roadmap: one module a month of video lessons with the downloadable execution templates for that module.
Coach review of your monthly Proof of Action. A coach reads each submission and approves it or sends it back with notes.
The money tools: Paylog, Lead Tracker, P&L, Personal Budget and Wealth Portal, and the Success Tracker.
Artifact Studio, with the monthly generation allowance shown on the Membership screen.
The Vault with the monthly credit allowance shown on the Membership screen.
The Huddle community, including posting, the Referral Exchange, and the Member Directory (opt-in).
Everything in the Practice and Toolkit tiers. Every rung keeps everything below it.

The tiers page and the Membership screen inside the Platform show the current contents of each tier and control if they differ from this summary (Terms section 3).

2. How the roadmap unlocks

The roadmap is paced and gated, on purpose:

Modules open one per month from the month you enroll.
The next module also requires an approved Proof of Action for the module before it. Submitting is not enough; a coach has to approve it.
Coaches review submissions in the order received. A submission that is sent back can be resubmitted; it does not cost you anything.

Content inside the roadmap changes over time as a normal part of a coaching program (Terms section 3).

3. When it starts and how it is billed

Your membership starts the day you pay. The roadmap, the tools, the Vault and the Huddle open the moment payment completes.
$300 per month, billed on the date you joined and on that date each month until you cancel (Terms section 4.1).
Cancel any time from Membership > Manage billing in the app, or by emailing support@joinrmacoaching.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you already paid for (Terms section 4.3). No notice period, no cancellation fee.
Month-one promise. If your first month of The Academy is not a fit, cancel before your second monthly charge and you will not be charged again (Terms section 4.5).
Fees are otherwise non-refundable (Terms section 4.6).

4. Your licence, and the one-seat rule

Your membership is a single, personal, non-transferable licence for your own real estate practice (Terms section 11.1).
No account or asset sharing. Logins, downloaded files, templates, videos, Vault assets and documents you generate in Artifact Studio may not be shared, forwarded, resold, or distributed to other agents, team members, administrative staff, or anyone else.
Teams. Every person who uses RMA tools or materials holds their own paid seat. A team that wants several people inside the Platform buys several seats; the Sponsored Seat program lets a brokerage or team pay for named members.
Enforcement. Sharing or copying RMA content ends your membership immediately without refund (Terms section 18), and RMA keeps every remedy the law gives it.

5. Coaching is education

Coaching, the roadmap and the tools are education and operational guidance for your business. They are not legal, tax, financial, or brokerage advice, and RMA makes no earnings or production promise. Your decisions and results are yours (Terms sections 5, 6 and 7). RMA's liability is limited as set out in Terms section 14; there is no separate cap for this tier.

6. Everything else

The Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines and the Disclaimers all apply to your Academy membership exactly as they apply to every member. Questions: support@joinrmacoaching.com.
