Mastery - Tier Supplement

This supplement describes what Mastery includes and how it runs. It is part of, and is read together with, the RMA Terms of Service. Billing, cancellation, refunds, intellectual property, liability, and disputes are governed by the Terms of Service, not by this page. If this page and the Terms ever disagree, the Terms control.

1. What Mastery includes

While your Mastery membership is active you receive:

  • An assigned RMA coach.
  • One 1:1 goal-setting session with your coach when you start.
  • Live clinics run monthly, 90 minutes, in groups of up to ten members with your assigned coach.
  • 1:1 sessions with your coach, booked from the Calendar.
  • Coach oversight of your monthly numbers and pipeline velocity, through the check-ins, Paylog and Lead Tracker you keep inside the Platform.
  • The full Vault on day one, the complete 8-month Academy roadmap, and Artifact Studio with the Mastery allowance.
  • The money tools: Paylog, Lead Tracker, P&L, Personal Budget and Wealth Portal, and the Success Tracker.
  • Everything in The Academy, Toolkit and Practice. Every rung keeps everything below it.

The tiers page and the Membership screen inside the Platform show the current contents of each tier and control if they differ from this summary (Terms section 3).

2. How it starts

Your membership starts the day you pay. Within two business days you are assigned a coach; within seven days your coach holds your 1:1 goal-setting session; your first clinic is the next scheduled monthly clinic after that.

The tools, the Vault and the roadmap open the moment payment completes. Your start is your coach, not a cohort; billing never waits for a clinic group to form.

3. Attendance and your data

  • Clinics run on a fixed schedule; a missed clinic is not refunded or rescheduled. Clinics are recorded, and the replay is available to the members of that clinic (Terms section 10.2).
  • You agree to keep your check-ins, Paylog and Lead Tracker current before each clinic so your coach can prepare.
  • Clinic times are set by RMA and shown on your Calendar in your own time zone.

4. What is said in a clinic stays in the clinic

Other members share real numbers and real problems in a clinic. What other members share in a clinic stays in the clinic. Do not repeat, post, or record it. A breach ends your membership immediately without refund (Terms section 18). This sits alongside the Community Guidelines and the Huddle House Rules, including the rule that members never discuss what to charge (Terms section 9.2).

5. Billing and cancellation

  • $750 per month, billed on the date you joined and on that date each month until you cancel (Terms section 4.1). No proration and no delayed first charge; there is no minimum term.
  • Cancel any time from Membership > Manage billing in the app, or by emailing support@joinrmacoaching.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you already paid for, and you keep full coaching access until then (Terms section 4.3). No notice period and no cancellation fee.
  • Fees are otherwise non-refundable (Terms section 4.6).

6. Your licence, and the one-seat rule

  • Your membership is a single, personal, non-transferable licence for your own real estate practice (Terms section 11.1).
  • No account or asset sharing. Logins, downloaded files, templates, videos, Vault assets and documents you generate in Artifact Studio may not be shared, forwarded, resold, or distributed to other agents, team members, administrative staff, or anyone else.
  • Teams. Every person who uses RMA tools or materials holds their own paid seat. The Sponsored Seat program lets a brokerage or team pay for named members.
  • Enforcement. Sharing or copying RMA content ends your membership immediately without refund (Terms section 18), and RMA keeps every remedy the law gives it.

7. Coaching is education

Your coach gives strategic guidance. Execution and results are yours. Nothing in Mastery is legal, tax, financial, or brokerage advice, and RMA makes no earnings or production promise (Terms sections 5, 6 and 7). RMA's liability is limited as set out in Terms section 14; there is no separate cap for this tier.

8. Everything else

The Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines and the Disclaimers all apply to your Mastery membership exactly as they apply to every member. Questions: support@joinrmacoaching.com.
